Event Safety & Operational Readiness
Overview
Event Safety & Operational Readiness support helps organisations delivering event medical and safety services prepare plans that stand up to real-world delivery and external scrutiny.
The focus is on ensuring medical, safety and operational arrangements are clear, coordinated and ready to function in live event environments; supporting smooth submission to local authorities and healthcare partners, and confident responses where further assurance is requested. It can be delivered independently or as part of wider preparatory work, such as Regulatory Applicability & CQC Readiness.
When This is Useful
This service is particularly suited to organisations who:
Are preparing event safety and medical plans for submission to local authorities, Safety Advisory Groups or healthcare partners
Deliver medical or safety provision within live, public-facing events
Operate in complex, dynamic or higher-risk environments where conditions can change quickly
Need to coordinate with multiple partners, contractors or agencies with clear roles and escalation routes
Have been asked to provide further clarification or assurance following plan review
Want confidence that plans are practical, proportionate and workable on the day, not just compliant on paper
It is especially relevant where medical provision, escalation and incident response arrangements are central to event delivery, and where assurance is required that these arrangements will function effectively under live operational conditions.
