Emergency Preparedness, Resilience & Response Support
Overview
Emergency preparedness, resilience & response (EPRR) focuses on supporting organisations to prepare for, respond to and recover from incidents and emergencies in a way that is practical, proportionate and manageable in real operational environments.
This service supports the development, review and assurance of emergency arrangements; ensuring plans are clear, roles are understood, and decision-making is supported under pressure. It can be delivered as a standalone piece of work or as part of a wider resilience programme as required by your organisation, such as Testing and Exercising or following a Business Continuity Audit. `
